FSC-BT802 is a Bluetooth 5.0 dual-mode module. It provides a Bluetooth Low Energy fully compliant system for audio and data communication with Feasycom stack.

 FSC-BT802 integrates an ultra-low-power DSP and application processor with embedded flash memory, a high-performance stereo codec, a power management subsystem, I2S,LED drivers and ADC I/O in a SOC IC. The dual-core architecture with flash memory enables manufacturers to easily differentiate their products with new features without extending development cycles.

1 What is Bluetooth 4.0:

Bluetooth 4.0 is consists of Bluetooth Basic Rate (BR)/Enhanced Data Rate (EDR), High Speed (HS) and Low Energy (LE), Bluetooth 4.0 covers the BT 2.0,2.1,3.0 Versions. Nowadays, there are a lot of devices powered by Bluetooth 4.0, such as Bluetooth Earphone, Speakers, Vehicle Electronic Equipment, OBD, Printer, Barcode Scanner, Mobile Medical Device, Bracelet, Pedometer, etc.

2 What is Bluetooth 5.0:

Two times transmission speed compare with Bluetooth V4.2,Max Trans Speed can reach to 24Mbps.

Effective work distance can be 300m, 4 times of BT V4.2.

3 What is Bluetooth Dual Mode Module:

Bluetooth Dual Mode Module is a Single-Module BluetoothSolution with Built-in Bluetooth Basic Rate (BR)/Enhanced Data Rate (EDR)/Low Energy (LE) Functions.

4 What is BLE Module:

BLE Module is a Single-Module Bluetooth Solution with Built-in BTLow Energy (LE) Function.

5 What are the Bluetooth Dual Mode Advantages:

There are two most frequently applied BT Profiles for the general data communication between Smart Device and BT Peripheral: BLE and SPP.

SPP: About 80KBytes/s

BLE: About 8KBytes/s

(Remarks: When starts the audio transmission ,the transmission speed for both types will be decreased. When music on, BLE transmission speed is about 1~2KBytes/s )
